Thai Interco Cacao is a family farm and co-op led by women in the province of Chanthaburi in Thailand. We use their beans in our single origin 88% dark chocolate Chanthaburi, Thailand bar. We source these beans through direct trade with Juan Gonzalez of Mabco Canada.
